Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Nijar is the first sea-land Park, Andalucia, Spain.
It is a volcanic park and marine-terrestrial space of greater surface and ecological relevance of all the European Western Mediterranean Sea.
With one of the most beautiful coastlines and ecological wealth of the western Mediterranean and an extension of 38.000 ha, which is necessary to add a sea strip a mile wide (12.000 ha), the Cabo de Gata Natural Park has been developed for tourism in one of the natural jewels of Almeria, Andalusia and in Spain.
